Innkeeper, Storied Places Tremblant
As a graduate from the International Concierge Institute of Montreal and veteran of Tremblant Resort, Carole joined the Storied Places® team in May of 2005. Bringing with her over 5 years experience in the hospitality industry and an in-depth knowledge of the resort having spent 6 years working in Tremblant, she is ideally suited to the role of Assistant Innkeeper at our newly opened Légendes, Storied Place Tremblant. Over the course of her career at Tremblant, Carole has negotiated the guest services arena coordinating guest events and activities, of all shapes and sizes for the likes of the Westin and more recently, Hôtel Ermitage du Lac. During her time on-resort, Carole has also managed to establish an extensive network of contacts, a great asset when it comes to connecting our Tremblant owners with whatever they most enjoy.
